Spherion is currently recruiting for one of our top clients in the Washington DC market. Come join a highly successful company that is expanding its Federal/IT sales department.

Job Description: This is a Federal sales position with unlimited earning potential. This person will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting business solutions, negotiating and closing sales. You will be selling business intelligence/enterprise solutions.

Job Responsibilities: Candidate should have the ability to forecast using salesforce.com. Ideal candidate will be well established in this territory and have contacts to draw from for immediate success. Candidate should have an Enterprise Software background, BI experience and a successful track record with a strong Federal client base.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:

BA/BS degree
10 – 15 years Enterprise experience
10 years BI/ technology sales experience
10 years of Federal sales experience
Proven experience meeting and exceeding quotas of 2-3 Million
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Self motivated, with a “hunter” mentality
Great rolodex
