ESTIMATOR/SALES PROFESSIONAL

Position is located north of Atlanta, Georgia

Fast growing Contracting Company in need of an Estimator/Sale Professional experienced in metal studs, drywall and acoustical ceilings. The rapid growth of our client company in the Northern Georgia area has created the demand for someone who can step in and immediately estimate both large and small projects and drive sales. This dynamic company provides an exciting, fun and fast paced environment to work in as well as competitive base compensation and performance incentives, with a potential to earn in excess of $100,000. We provide employee benefits.

Essential Duties

•Create accurate and complete quantity take-offs and estimates for jobs of all sizes and types, in a timely manner.
•Meet with potential customers to establish business relationships
•Write bid proposals for large and small projects.
•Prepare Purchase Orders for the Purchasing Department.
•Maintain current material and subcontractor pricing.
•Attend meetings with customers and Project Manager
•Provide upper management with reports on bids won/lost.
•Meet productivity goals for bids produced, bids won and margin of error.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
•Experience in complete quantity takeoffs for drywall, metal studs and acoustic ceilings.
•Ability to establish relationships and close sales
•Knowledge of Edge estimating system a plus.
•Computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Word.
•Positive, hard working, can-do attitude.
•Pleasant, sales minded aptitude required.
