Enrollment Counselor

Are you a dynamic person who has a great speaking voice and who is very professional ????
Our client is looking for a professional person who is responsible for advising undergraduate and graduate students regarding admissions and degree completion requirements. This person will be responsible for enrolling students into a University graduate, undergraduate and certificate programs, requiring the use of judgment and discretion on a periodic basis. He/she will need to be very organized and have a strong ability to develop academic plans for degree or certificate completion, following standardized University guidelines and procedures. Responsible for professional presentation skills while conducting presentations to groups both large and small.Must possess a valid driver's license as local travel is generally required.


Requirements:

*BS degree or equivalent work experience
Customer service, sales or marketing experience
Experience with training and one on one counseling is highly preferred
Strong understanding of business, education, and technology, counseling and nursing programs of study
Proven ability with Enrollment Counselor learning objectives and strong training proficiencies
Must be goal oriented
Strong multi-tasker completing tasks efficiently and effectively
Must possess a relatively high level of interpersonal and communication skills to accurately convey University information
Strong knowledge of higher education market and industry desired
