Employment Specialist

AHEDD is seeking an Employment Specialist in the New Castle County area to assist individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment. In turn, this position assists businesses in recruiting and retaining qualified candidates with disabilities into their workforce. This position requires a dynamic and highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and is considered part-time to start. Compensation plus quarterly team commissions is negotiable. Applicant must work from home and adhere to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends on occasion. Position requires a vehicle for daily travel to assignments throughout New Castle County, reimbursed at $0.445 per mile. Preference goes to candidate with four year degree in vocational rehabilitation, marketing, human resource, or other social service concentration. AHEDD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
