Responsible for development of programs to ensure quality control assessment/improvements related to Press Ganey, Gallup, or other quantitative measures. Ensures the proper guidelines and protocols governing the use of chemicals and the disposal of waste products are enforced. Provides a key role in negotiation of cleaning supply and equipment contracts, and linen contract in conjunction with the system contract management process.
