E-commerce Customer Acquisition Manager - Media Buyer

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth, utilizing a suite of direct response tactics.

Drive creative development throughout a campaign's lifecycle, interfacing with creative and product teams.

Review Insertion Orders and forecast campaign performance based on past performance of similar Media Buys, Marketing Methodology and predictive modeling.

Troubleshoot implementation and trafficking of ads if necessary.

Provide in-depth analysis on marketing campaign performance and optimize/grow results based on learnings.

Collaborate with Media Buying counterparts on new site opportunities and with renewing media buys.

Plan and implement ongoing creative testing strategies across all sites and product lines.

Directly contribute to, and have a thorough understanding of, the company's goals and metrics (revenue, cost, profit, margin) through management and optimization of assigned sites/campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have online marketing experience!

The successful candidate will have a strong history or performance in online marketing and direct response marketing. Analytical skills are required.

Successful experience can include a combination of the following:

Five or more years of business experience

Online Marketing experience; Hands-on experience with online marketing campaigns, CRM marketing campaign management and automation systems, campaign deployment and tracking of campaign performance. Understanding of website and online advertising metrics.

Experience with analysis of marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing media test methodologies, and analyzing test results experience in quantitative analysis, online marketing, and/or direct marketing experience required

Website Analytics experience, experience tracking with lead generation or opt-in activities.

Direct Response Marketing experience

Website Traffic Management experience, experience with managing online media traffic, ad campaigns and ad partnerships. Traffic reporting and campaign analysis, maintaining comparisons against industry-wide trend analysis.

Other Requirements

A four year college degree with strong computer skills.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Access, and familiarity with other productivity applications.
Experience with ad serving a plus.
Detailed oriented person with high sense of accountability and integrity.
Self-starter and can-do attitude
