District Sales Manager

All of our sales associates have the competitive fire of a great athlete or business leader.As a key member of our sales team, you will develop innovative solutions for new and existing customers, promote/sell products and systems that increase customer productivity and reduce downtime.DISTRICT SALES MANAGERWe are seeking a District Sales Manager for the NH, VT areas who has a proven track record in achieving sales and earnings goals, by developing sales reps and customers. ONLY INDIVIDUALS WITH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.You will be responsible for driving the growth of the district through recruiting and hiring, training and developing successful sales reps. The company provides the tools, processes, and incentives required to build your sales rep team and continue to drive the business forward.
Specific tasks include:
Meet/exceed sales and earnings goals Grow the sales team in the NH, VT District with an emphasis on sales rep & customer development Direct and maintain an on-going planning process and capacity plan to ensure the appropriate time and effort is spent with the right people, both new and veteran Hire, coach, train, and manage a team of successful sales representatives Manage the recruiting process and partner with the recruiting team to staff and/or replace as needed, with best and brightest
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
An experienced results-focused Sales Manager with a proven track record of developing COMMISSIONED sales reps in a business-to-business direct sales environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record are essential.
