Pan American Laboratories, LLC is currently seeking a qualified District Manager who will be responsible for the following job duties and who possesses the following qualifications.
We are seeking District Sales Managers in Salt Lake City or Phoenix. If you are interested, please indicate which location you would prefer.Job Duties:Supervising and coaching sales representatives in the territoryPlanning, organizing and conducting territory meetingsInterviewing and hiring sales representatives for the territoryDeveloping and maintaining professional relationships with key prescribing physicians of the Company’s products within the territory to maximize acceptance and proper utilization of Pamlab, LLC productsIdentifying and establishing relationships with local/regional Managed Care Organizations and Integrated Delivery Systems within the territory to obtain placement of Pamlab, LLC products on their formulariesAttend various sales and sales management meetings Corporate InfoFor almost fifty years, Pamlab, LLC has served the medical profession and their patients with novel, quality pharmaceuticals. Pamlab's predecessor, Pan American Laboratories, Inc., had a focus on respiratory products, including antihistamine/decongestant combinations, and various other cough/cold/allergy combination products. Today, Pamlab has emerged as the U.S. leader in the development of therapies addressing homocysteine-related diseases and conditions, as well as other diseases and conditions benefiting from novel folate therapy.Homocysteine is an amino acid formed when the body digests protein. While the presence of homocysteine in the body is normal, elevated levels of homocysteine in the blood have been associated with cardiovascular disease, dementia, stroke and, more recently, diabetic vascular complications. Pamlab developed and currently markets prescription pharmaceutical products addressing elevated homocysteine levels of patients in each of these disease states.In addition, Pamlab continues its presence in the areas of pain management and respiratory ailments through its other novel prescription pharmaceuticals.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of pharmaceutical management experience.
Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding objectives by aligning performance with success.
Strong leadership, planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills.
Travel 60-70%
