National Subcontracting Company, a leading provider of insulation, shower enclosures, shelving and mirrors has a great opportunity available for an experienced District Manager/General Manager for our Seattle-Tacoma area.

The District Manager will have full responsibility for all aspects of our branches in the area. Key focus areas include marketing and job procurement, sales and customer pricing, contracting, job costing, personnel, cross-selling, purchasing, financial statements, fleet management and safety.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum 8 years business management experience, demonstrated experience managing multiple locations and production/service/installation teams, strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. Construction Management experience is a plus.
