We are seeking a professional, qualified candidate for the position of Director of Operations to join our management team.This position will report directly to the CEO and CFO of the company and will be a key member of the management team. The ideal candidate for this position will provide support for the business activities of the executive team. Duties will be varied and broad in scope and cover many facets of our operations. There will be a great deal of flexibility and a high sense of urgency required. The individual must have the ability to absorb the corporate culture and exude it in their leadership style at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related degree, (MBA preferred), and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience managing people/projects in a highly professional environment. Most importantly, the candidate must possess natural leadership and mentoring capabilities and the ability to organize, and participate with, other members of management at a highly effective level in order to achieve corporate and individual goals.
