Sipe's Orchard Home, a non-profit children and family services agency in Conover, NC, is seeking a Director of Marketing and Fundraising. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher (MA preferred) in marketing or communication and at least three years of successful non-profit fundraising experience coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position will oversee the agency's development department, including marketing strategies, annual fund, public awareness, planned giving program and external communications.
