Director of marketing and Business Development for New England Law Firm


The winning candidate will:
Proactively develop and establish rapport with key partners.
• Enhance existing client team programs and identify new pilot program opportunities (12 to 18 key “accounts”).
• Coach and facilitate partner business development tactics.
• Follow through and drive process on all initiatives.
• Identify future industry trends and client contact opportunities.


• Develop effective internal RFP process
• Update and enhance current outbound communication (bios, practice descriptions, web content, etc.).

• Identify future industry trends and client contact opportunities.
• Institute a client modeling program; cloning profitable clients.
• Target key partners and clients for a client survey program; document new business results for partners to expand the program.
Manage the branding and external communications of the firm
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Experience in defining industry sector trends.
• Participation and management of client teams responsible for key account management.
• Demonstrated measurable revenue generation at large professional services firm.
• Minimum 10 years experience in senior management.
• Orientated towards growing market share and revenues from an embedded base of established clients.
• Candidates MUST have significant experience in one of the following partner professional services environments: Law, Management Consulting,or Financial Services
