Description:


The basic function of this position is to provide senior level leadership and overall ownership for all aspects of assigned business. Includes overseeing, direct management of, influencing and decision making over financial business plans, marketing strategies, sales strategies, service strategies, service delivery and relationship management strategies. Nature of business assigned will generally surround major subgroups of overall business (i.e. Customer Service, Lending, Fraud, etc, and others).



Requirements:



1. Minimum fifteen (15) years Financial Services Call Center, Contact Center or related industry experience required.

2. Minimum ten (10) years Leadership and General Management experience required.

3. Minimum five (5) years of senior level Business Financial Management experience required.

4. Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical application ability; visualize the big picture and direct efficient utilization of resources.

5. Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate multi-faceted complex business direction, vision and plans.

6. Demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, execute and delivery successful business plans and objectives.
