Description:
Customer Interaction Analytics is a service led offering that leverages Verint’s speech analytics technology with consulting methodology and expertise. This position includes management of Global Business Development activities for Verint’s Customer Interaction Analytics agenda. The role includes identifying strategic partners, formulating business models and formal partnership agreements, supporting pre-sale and post-sale customer opportunities via these partners, and developing co-branded offerings, market activities and materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Competencies:
•Experience in leading global business development activities is required.
•Experience working for or with large management consulting organizations is required.
•Experience in business software solutions such as BI or CRM is preferred.
•Background in contact center industry preferred.
•Background in speech technology and or business intelligence preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:
•Proven ability to gain cooperation of others, proven leadership skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface to senior levels of an organization is required.
•Highly motivated, hands on personality.
•Significant amounts of travel required.

Education/Experience:
•Degree in business or technology is required, MBA preferred.
