Director Finance - Pharmaceutical Contract Analysis

Our Client, a world-class company located in Morris County is seeking a high-energy, fast track finance professional to join the their team.

This position contributes to the company's success by leading the ad hoc financial analysis team to develop value-added analyses to understand and improve the business’ financial results. Responsibilities include performing analysis of capital investment proposals, managing and overseeing the direction of the specific Financial Planning and Analysis function and staff, and directing the development of industry and competitor-specific financial analyses and databases

In addition, the Director will lead a Finance Team responsible for all related analysis and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have an MBA or CPA and prior experience leading a team of finance professionals and interacting with senior management. Strong analytical skills and oral & written communication skills are also required.
