To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Director, Business Analysis. The successful candidate in this newly created position will have demonstrated experience and results in building and implementing a Business Analysis function for a national retailer, including but not limited to developing statistical modeling, forecasting and accompanying infrastructure which in turn drive incremental sales and profit, as well as significantly contributing to the development of the data warehouse system from the standpoint of reviewing reporting templates and managing the program as a business tool; and utilizing the data warehouse system to build appropriate databases that collect, summarize, and link data relevant to improving the business and solving business issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

5+ years’ demonstrated experience in Business Analysis including managing a staff and running an analytics department in a major retail company. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. MBA degree strongly preferred.
