Direct Sales Trainer
We are seeking a talented sales and training leader with extensive experience in the direct selling industry and a track record of helping others succeed. Position Summary:
The right candidate will have a desire to work in a start up environment and experience implementing field strategies to fuel growth, attract, train and retain top talent. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to recruit, train and motivate others. Must have leadership ability and a high degree of initiative, along with business acumen, are essential.
Essential Job Functions And Accountabilities:
• Grow Associate income producing activities by driving Associate rate of shows, show sales, consistency and productivity.• Work with Associates in the field to improve productivity.• Provide training, coaching and leadership for Associates.• Meet and exceed established regional sales and recruiting goals.• Conduct recruiting conference calls and in person informational meetings with prospective New Associates. Hold initial Grand Opening Launch for new Associates.• Hold Monthly, weekly sales meetings. Make articulate, effective presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media.• Plan, schedule and coordinate details for Field Training, Special events, Opportunity Meetings and Trade shows.• Act as a liaison between regional area and home office identifying problem areas and suggesting process, system improvements.• Maintain a budget, financial records, monthly expense reports. Monitor and report weekly sales activity of Associates. Other duties as assigned.
