Direct Hire Recruiter

Volt Service Group, a Fortune 1000 staffing industry leader, is currently recruiting for an experienced direct placement professional to develop the direct hire recruitment effort for the Indianapolis area. Bring your talent and contacts to an award winning organization where compensation potential is unlimited! The Professional Placement Recruiter will work from the Indianapolis office and partner with the recruitment and sales staff in the local branches to generate job orders and make quality placements. This includes following up on leads, working with current customers developing additional business and generating new opportunities via an aggressive sales effort.


Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year direct placement experience including acquisition of job orders and qualified candidates. A staffing industry background is highly desired. Professionals with an Accounting and Finance recruitment background is a plus! Specific skills utilizing a variety of resources to generate job leads and a strong candidate pool is required. This includes experience searching job boards on the internet, networking within the community, prospecting, cold-calling and head-hunting to identify candidates and job orders. Proven sales skills in a direct recruiting environment is ideal. Intermediate proficiency using Word, Excel and sophisticated search tools is required.
