Dir. of Business Development (DBD)

Senior level business development position, responsible for growing an assigned sales territory for existing business, as well as developing new and incremental business by seeking out new clients. Design and implement programs for successful business operations and develop sales strategies aimed at increasing market share. Focus on bringing in blue chip advertisers, meeting revenue goals, developing creative sales development programs, and working with other Regional Sales Personnel in coordination of joint sales opportunities. The Dir. of Business Development will focus on major account development with network-wide advertising potential.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum 7-10 years experience in advertising sales & marketing, preferably in the non-traditional, out-of-home arena. In-depth knowledge of and involvement in marketing and strategic business development, combined with strong presentation and cold calling skills and effective communication skills. Successful candidates are experienced sales professionals who:
