We have an immediate need for a motivated team player who has managed large databases in a pre-sales/proposals environment. This position represents a solid opportunity to drive projects that will help keep our RFP database current and accurate using Pragmatech Software. Primary responsibilities include:




Leading the development, management and enhancement of the RFP database
Serving as the subject matter expert for RFP database content
Partnering with senior members of the sales force, company management, product management and other key stakeholders
Creating content for standardized responses and ensuring these responses are updated and current
Providing support for RFP writers
Developing a business plan on how to update the content in the database on a regular basis
Collaborating with product managers when new product launches occur

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated experience managing a database and content for proposal writing is required. Experience using Pragmatech Proposal Software or other database management tools to support the proposal writing process is essential. Pre-sale proposal writing experience for a large company is required, as is solid experience in project management. A background managing multiple projects with varying timelines is preferred. Healthcare experience is desired. Solid MS Office skills are a must. The ability to source out and work with key contributors in the organization will be necessary.
