We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Development Associate who will be responsible for various aspects of stewardship, direct mail, marketing, event coordination and donor recognition. The Development Associate supports the annual and major gifts programs, working with major gifts officers to develop and implement stewardship strategies that strengthen long-term relationships with donors and prospects. Writes personal acknowledgement and stewardship letters for signature by executives, board members, and key volunteers and is responsible for following up on signature and mailing of letters within standardized time frames. Collaborates with Business Operations on gift acknowledgement. Assists with the production of Foundation collateral pieces needed for a variety of purposes, such as brochures, newsletters, and annual reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Prefer Bachelor's degree in related field with 3-5 years related experience and CFRE (Certificate for Fund Raising Executive).
