Customer Service / Sales Support / Appointment Setting
We are a fun, fast pace, Sunrise Florida sales company that is growing fast. We have a few immediate opening for Bi-lingual and non Bi-lingual customer service individuals, (no selling). You will be responsible to help our sales force by calling local business for appointments. You will set appointments for follow up calls, preparing quotes and faxes for customers, handling various sales and customer service issues, researching product information as well as other sales related office help. You should be an organized person with a high scents of urgency. You should have good communication and follow up skills with a good understanding of the local tri-county area.
