Customer Service Rep, Outreach (Spanish skills needed!)

We're looking for an outgoing team player to assist with member outreach. Enjoy a friendly, supportive work environment, along with training and skill development opportunities by joining our Phoenix team. Primary responsibilities include:




Contacting members to assist with scheduling appointments
Following up with members and providers to help ensure members are getting check-ups and making appointments
Entering data regarding referrals for services
Conducting basic research


Job Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with phone-based customer service experience. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred. Must be available to work weekdays from 10-7 pm.
