Purpose:
Aerotek is now hiring Customer Satisfaction Account Managers in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

One of the leading companies for international financial services is seeking Account Managers for their Operations Center.



On a day to day basis, this candidate will be receiving inbound phones calls regarding customer?s financial accounts. They will be answering questions and providing the customers with information on their accounts. They will also be required to suggest other products that can be useful to the customers. This is a very professional environment with a business attire dress code. This is not your typical call center environment.



A qualified candidate will have previous experience working with financial accounts in a call center environment or have a customer service oriented background in retail or other services. Previous experience within a sales environment is a plus since there will be required up selling of products. Candidates will need have great communication skills, be able to multi-task and have great computer skills.
