We are looking for professional Cosmetic Sales Counter Managers and Beauty Advisors.Cosmetic Beauty Advisor:
Responsibilites
Greet each customer enthusiastically.Practice suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge.
Develop and maintain clientele bookMaintain sales goals and express creditsAdhere to shortage control and compliance proceduresCosmetic Sales Counter Manager:
Responsibilites
Provide high level of customer service, lead by example and set the standard for the counter.
Cosmetic Managers will also demonstrate the ability to manage both the associates of their cosmetic counter as well as the product they sell.Coach and train other associates using vendor product knowledge and skill training.
plan and execute monthly counter event calendars and assure all presentation and housekeeping presentation meets our company expectations.
Display merchandise, suggest multiple selections that meet customer's needs
Recommend proprietary credit to all customers not using Parisian's charge card.
The Cosmetic Counter Manager is required to have excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Cosmetic Beauty Advisor:
Requirements
Prior cosmetic experience is preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Highly motivated individual with a desire to build sales and a strong clientele following.A proven leader who can motivate and empower a team in a professional, fast-paced atmosphere.Cosmetic Counter Manager:
