We are looking for a team player with 5+ years direct sourcing experience. Qualified candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates via the Internet, advertisements, networking, etc. Individual will partner and collaborate with hiring mangers to define requirements, source/present most qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process through completion. Individual will work with different business units throughout the company. Support the VHA's recruitment efforts sourcing hard to fill positions such as Pharmacists, and specialty positions in IT and Consulting Services. Special emphasis on sourcing “passive” candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, name generation and internet mining. Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals

Work with other recruiter(s) to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective search process
Provide quality candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications

The successful candidate will have skills to set up and generate a pipeline of candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources or related field

· 5 plus years of experience in a corporate or recruiting firm environment with the ability to effectively handle high volume staffing needs and manage multiple priorities

· 3-5 years’ experience in Health Care with extensive sourcing and sourcing project experience

· Expert skill using internet resources, resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as AIRS training. Versed in Boolean Logic

· Proven track-record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies

· Proficiency using behavioral based interviewing techniques

· Experience with applicant tracking systems (PeopleSoft)

· Expert task management, resource management and interpersonal skills to support time-critical staffing needs

· Ability to manage situations in a professional and tactful manner

· Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

· Positive attitude and high level of initiative

· Able to interact at all levels of an organization

· Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office suites.
