Brooke Franchise Corporation is actively expanding its franchise network nationwide and is seeking a seasoned, success driven Sales Consultant with a proven track record to join our team.

Employee’s responsibilities include recruitment of new franchise agents for Brooke Franchise Corporation. This includes recruiting and consulting with prospective franchise agents and generating monthly planning memos.

Essential Job Functions: (core functions of position that must be performed)
Consult with prospective buyer's on the purchase of Brooke’s Entrepreneur Plan through warm leads
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Strong problem solving, motivation and negotiation skills
Superb presentation ability
Professional, outgoing personality who can work on a team to get things done
Marketing/Communications/Business Degree and Experience
Experience in one or more of these areas: sales, customer service
Computer skills

Education/Experience:
4 Year Degree (Business, Marketing) preferred
Two years of Sales Experience, Required
Management or Entrepreneur Experience preferred

Ability to listen to buyer needs
Good relationship and interpersonal skills
