Corporate Development Specialist


Position Summary

Position’s primary responsibilities are to work with local businesses/corporations to conduct meetings/events with employees, generate leads and follow-up with prospective students in the enrollment process to start at DeVry/Keller.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

§Secures prospective student leads by effectively promoting DeVry/Keller educational products to employees of local businesses/corporations.

§Conducts research on local businesses/companies to assess their educational needs and determines a potential fit with DeVry/Keller offerings

§Develops a working knowledge of DeVry/Keller degree offerings to be able to discuss with prospective students

§Coordinates lead generation efforts with the local admissions departments to help students start school.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree preferred and sales experience helpful but not required. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. Outstanding verbal communication skills are required.Our ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to positively impact potential students,must have persuasive skills and must understand and properly interpret human behavior Candidates should be motivated to achieve success in sales and meet recruitment goals. Must have the ability to make ethical decisions, doing what is always best for the
