Sales and Marketing Division of International Fortune 100 Electronics Company is looking for a , multi-talented Service Operations Manager to direct and grow their service department.
Function
This person will be responsible for full management of service, field support, training and technical support within the department.
Excellent benefits, starting first day of employment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years HVAC service operations experience - preferably out of an HVAC manufacturer or distributor.
Ideally, familiar with the ductless mini-split systemsPrior management experience as well as excellent people skills and technical experience to oversee all aspects of Service Management.
Will be responsible for training service technicians and customer service personnel.
Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills.
