JOB DESCRIPTION:An exciting assignment for a High Potential Commodity Manager with Executive Potential.Essential Functions • Identify potential cross business procurement projects by gaining an understanding of the business/portfolio economics and resource/material/service requirements. • Influence multiple businesses and leadership levels to resource projects through clear identification and communication of project investment and return. • Manage and lead multiple business projects and/or resources to common measurable goals in a timely manner• Lead and/or facilitate large ($2M~>$300MM) complex negotiations with multiple requirements, suppliers, and businesses to successful completion through the use of a strategic competitive bidding process. • Influence multiple businesses/fund leaders to agree on common contractual terms while still balancing unique business service requirements with suppliers to successful completion through the use of data (cost/benefit analysis/clear product specifications). Demanding travel Monday through Thursday, but return to your home office.
