Community Volunteer and Fundraising Relationship Manager

Community Volunteer and Fundraising Relationship Manager – FT, Professional needed with qualified skills in non-profit development. This community-based assignment will build constituent and volunteer capacity for fundraising/income activities in the Medford, Oregon surrounding areas. Ability to recruit and train volunteers and implement fundraising activities to meet goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience, plus minimum of 2 years experience in volunteer management, sales and marketing, fundraising, and/or community organization. Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Personal computer skills required and ability to lift 50 pounds. Reliable transportation needed for some evening, weekend travel.
