Communications and Marketing Specialist

The Communications and Marketing Specialist position will be responsible for internal and external corporate communications such as information gathering, preparation, editing, production and distribution of company newsletters and working with local media representatives; experience in the design and use of marketing and promotional materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires 8 years related experience as a communications and marketing assistant or manager. Experience should include internal and external corporate communications such as information gathering, preparation, editing, production and distribution of company newsletters and working with local media representatives; experience in the design and use of marketing and promotional materials. The ability to communicate with diplomacy, efficiency, professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook is required. Trade show exhibit experience (set-up & staffing) is desired. Experience drafting corporate correspondence is a plus.
