Communications Business Analyst
Join Rockwell Automation as a Communications Business Analyst and challenge your skills. You will be part of a Global Process Transformation project implementing SAP. You will be working collaboratively in a very fast-paced environment and will need to concisely communicate your status and requirements on a regular basis. You will be a part of the Change Management and Deployment team and will work with multiple people to complete deliverables.
Responsibilities
Facilitate, manage, maintain, and foster productive business and end user interaction/communication.
Coordinate and communicate activities with key stakeholders.
Monitor and provide status of deployment of project deliverables and actions
Provide channel support and production support to end users through a deployment lifecycle
Develop and deliver business specific communications
Provide communications support for businesses and project team
Review, edit and provide feedback on documentation and presentations for business specific communications
Interview team members and gather information for development of targeted, effective communications
Create communications materials in a variety of formats (PowerPoint, email, newsletter, etc.) under tight deadlines and review process
Perform basic to intermediate statistical data analysis of survey data
REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor's degree in the following field(s) of study: Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications.
o Minimum of 3 years in corporate communications or marketing communications
o Analytical skills, including research skills, ability to interpret data, ability to conceptualize, ability to analyze information.
o Computer skills required include: desktop publishing skills such as Adobe, presentation skills such as Power Point and web page maintenance skills required.
o Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
o Ability to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail in a high volume environment.
o Able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time and switch to new tasks quickly.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Facilitation, Project Management and Time Management skills required
