We are seeking a dedicated and stable individual with strong analytical and communications skills to join our Commissions department in Trumbull, CT as a Commissions Analyst. The hired individual will be working as part of a great team with significant visibility to many other divisions. The position entails fielding calls from brokers with commission-related issues, and handling them appropriately. This is a wonderful entry-level opportunity with strong growth potential within a Fortune 100 Company.



Key responsibilities include:


Processing record changes (including addresses and assignments) for brokers


Ensuring broker registrations are in compliance with state regulations


Investigating and answering commission-related questions from brokers


Processing contracts and licenses for new brokers, and informing the state when brokers are authorized to sell
Generating and sending out mailings to keep brokers informed of policy changes

Job Requirements:

Computer proficiency is essential for this position. A Bachelor's degree and/or significant customer service experience is required. New grads are encouraged to apply. Experience working in a team environment is preferred.
