Commercial Real Estate Business Development OfficerOne of the premier commercial finance companies in the world is looking to increase their market presence in this area by adding you to their team! They employ the most talented commercial real estate specialists in the country allowing them access to the resources of a global financial firm yet with the knowledge of local real estate lenders. Our client is focused on providing the highest quality lending products to their customers. They offer creative financing options, rate locks, quick credit approval and other services that will help you be a top performer in the company. We issue letters of commitment, not intent. We are looking to speak with talented commercial real estate lenders and commercial real estate brokers who are ready to take their career to the next level. We are willing to teach the financial portion of the business, but we can not teach sales. If you are a strong business developer and know where to find deals then we want to speak with you. The candidate will be responsible for cold–calling and prospecting on new clients to meet sales quotas and grow their book of business. Travel will be required to meet with prospects face-to-face, as this position is targeting prospects within the entire state with a focus on the major metropolitan areas. This position will have you working with a national sales support team from a remote location in your area. Therefore, my client is prepared to offer you a car allowance, mileage expense, general expense account, cell phone, long distance, health insurance, pension, 401k, etc – in addition to one of the most competitive incentive programs in the country allowing some producers to make into the 7 figures.
