As a Closer/Funder in Chase Home Finance, you will:
Receive loan title for preparation of closing process (conventional and government, purchase and refinance) under various loan programs in accordance with policies & procedures.Perform review of loan file with loan origination system to ensure data accuracy.Prepare loan closing document package to include closing instructions and dual wiring of funds request.Prepare funding remittance of warehouse seller whole loan transactions.Review final HUD and other specified documents prior to clearing the loan for closing and disbursement of funds. REQUIREMENTS
***Must have previous Mortgage Experience***High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months year experience in loan processing or closing of conventional, or FHA/VA loans. Ability to perform well under pressure. Possess good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to perform basic computer funtions. Good organization skills and be detail oriented.
