We are always looking for qualified Closers, Preclosers and Disbursers/Post Closers for greater Atlanta locations.

Job Description:
Must be able to prepare all types of real estate closings.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2-5 years experience preparing closings. (Conventional, FHA, VA, new construction, etc.);
• Experience pre-closing, clearing titles, preparing Title Commitments and preparing Settlement Statements;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multi tasking in a fast paced environment;
• Work well without direct supervision;
• Knowledge of Soft Pro is a plus; and
• To be considered applicant must have a stable work history and outstanding work-related references.
