Client Service Manager

This position is responsible to work collaboratively with clients and account teams to design and implement our technology to provide local search solutions for our clients. This role will work with a multi-disciplinary team including creative, project management and programming staff to deliver exceptional results for Planet Discover clients. This position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining our best practices for planning and executing local search. .


In this position, you will lead the project from start to finish as well as provide superior customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have experience in account or project management. Experience selling a technical solution to an IT and business solutions audience a plus. You must have the ability to foster team orientation, speak articulately and credibly as well as be a quick learner. Most importantly, you must have an enthusiastic attitude and be intelligent, hard working and competitive.


You should possess three years of account or project management and Internet experience. Bachelors degree required (preferably in Marketing/Advertising). Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet is expected.
