Client Representative

We are headquartered in Louisville and locally owned, with a staff of over five hundred professionals serving the US health insurance industry.Due to continued growth, The Rawlings Company is searching for an action oriented Client Representative. The Client Representative is the customer advocate within our company.As a Client Representative you will be the primary liaison with our clients. Your responsibilities include building relationships with all levels of people within our clients’ organization, from senior executive to customer service representative, getting answers to their questions and solving problems. You will contact clients regularly both by phone and through visits to ensure that they are satisfied with our services.With new clients, you will lead the implementation of our services, working with specialists from the client and our company to ensure that the services begin within the agreed upon timeframe.You will assist all groups within our company securing information from our client that is needed to provide our services.The ideal candidate will have the following competencies, abilities, experience and education:
REQUIREMENTS
- A passion to serve our clients
- A Bachelors degree
- Must be responsive, with a sense of urgency to meet a client’s needs
- A minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience building long term relationships with all levels of people within a client’s organization
- Flexibility - always ready to change priorities when the phone rings and a client has a need that must be satisfied immediately
- An attention to detail- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment to achieve results
- The ability to juggle many tasks at once- The desire to solve problems- The ability to learn quickly- The ability to understand a client’s needs and how our services can help them
- The ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
- A knowledge of the health insurance field is helpful but not required
- A working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
