These positions are Part-time! Center Sales Associate - Phoenix, AZ Bilingual Spanish/English

The primary objective for this position is maintaining and developing rapport and ongoing relationships with our residential clients.

WAGES: $8.50 per hour during training. $10.00 per hour upon successful completion of training plus applicable incentive compensation, based on performance. Plus bilingual differential HOURS: 12 week training with hours: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday. Training will consist of 6 day workweeks for a total of 38 hours worked per week. After completion of training, hours are: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday - Friday depending on business needs. 8 hours every Saturday Overtime may be required Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business
JOB DUTIES:
As a Center Sales Associate you will: Respond to customers’ inquiries, requests and disputes over the phone. Probe and problem solve with customers to offer the right product solutions based on their needs. Negotiate customers’ requests for installation, removal/changes of service, billing arrangements; and coordinate installation with all other departments. Promote and sell Qwest products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs Use various computer systems/screens (20 or more) simultaneously to process service orders. Ensure customer delight and win our customers’ continued business and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must read, write and speak Spanish fluently Exhibits energy and passion to resolve customer issues while demonstrating the "Spirit of Service" for Qwest customers and co-workers. Multi-tasking, problem solving, and strong verbal communications skills. Ability to navigate through, and toggle between, multiple systems and/or applications in a Windows XP environment. Sales and/or Customer service experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good customer rapport. Telephone service center experience is a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Inbound customer service center - fun, self managed and fast paced. Structured environment where breaks and activities are scheduled. 95% of work time is spent sitting or standing in front of a computer console. Must meet firm expectations for attendance and shift times. Participate as an active member of a team, in a team environment. Business casual attire.
