Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals for all appropriate product lines. Supervises Sales CAE's (Customer Account Executives) by developing and providing information on all product lines, services, competition and marketing efforts in a clear and concise way to ensure high quality communications and develop profile customers. Performs ongoing phone monitoring as appropriate to gauge the proper use of sales techniques with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Analyze and react to reports on CAEs' effectiveness tied to sales benchmarks in all appropriate product lines. Develop and implement motivational techniques, sales training and coaching mechanisms to improve performance and ensure quality customer encounters. Continuously communicate sales goals and progress toward meeting those goals individually, as a team and a call center. Facilitate motivational sales meetings as needed.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years exceptional performance as a call center supervisor.
The ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve a high level of sales performance is required.
Strong PC knowledge and proficiency.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Positive and professional manner and appearance is required.
The ability to analyze situations, apply maximum effort to reach goals, work well in a team environment and handle pressure are required.
