Call Center Customer Service/Inside Sales Professionals

We are currently partnering with multiple companies in the Charlotte Metro area. Our clients need professionals to identify, validate, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities. You must utilize your interpersonal skills to reach the decision makers and quickly establish rapport. You must be able to listen to and evaluate needs of potential clients and identify solutions. You must demonstrate the ability to close sales by overcoming obstacles, gaining commitment from the client and setting realistic expectations.Qualifications:
3-5 years of related experience.Must have 2-3 years of Call center sales experience in a sales model.Must have proven track record of success exceeding a monthly sales quota.Willingness and ability to cold call and perform sales presentations.High level of drive with energy with excellent written/oral skills.
