Cabinet Administrator / Ordering

GENERAL SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Cabinet Administration Supervisor, this position will require the associate to audit and order all cabinet refacing and new cabinet products for the organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Order cabinets, cabinet components and parts from the appropriate vendor.Tracking of cabinet jobs from conception to completion.Work closely with Installation Managers to monitor cycle times and correct discrepancies.Audit contracts to orders for accuracy.Audit drawings against price break down sheet.Order jobs from vendors with accuracy.Perform related duties as required.DESIRABLE FUNCTIONS:Able to work well with numbers.
Ability to prioritize and complete assigned duties on time.
Maintain a posiive attitude.
Ability to be a team player
REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS) REQUIRED:Proficiency in the use of the following PC programs: Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Ability to effectively manage time.
Multi–task oriented.

DESIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/USEFUL PRIOR JOB EXPERIENCE:High School Education or higher.
Customer Service experience required.
Background in Kitchen and Bath helpful.
