CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR

United Home Care Services,Inc.a non-for-profit organization and the largest home care agency in South Florida is looking for qualified, dynamic, organized, energetic and knowledgeable professional with a minimum of two years management experience in the Human services field.

JOB SUMMARY:
Assists the organization in provision of client admissions and enrollment of clients in appropriate services and programs; provides centralized oversight and coordination of the department ensuring expeditious movement of clients through admissions and enrollment process. Is responsible for the centralized system of handling the agency's client complaint process.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for managing the functions of the Admissions/Enrollment Team by receiving and assigning all incoming referrals.
2.Responsible for providing needed oversight to ensure expeditious transition of client information from Admissions/Enrollment Team to either the Home Health Department, Case Management Programs, other agency Programs or the Waiting List.
3.Conduct ongoing quality assurance activities primarily focusing on decision making, marketing of programs, the selling of programs, appropriateness and timeliness of client case movement through reviews of documentation (such as Intakes, screening, etc.).
4.Provide centralized oversight of all agency client complaints, acting as an intake for all complaints, logging these on the agency's log, assigning responsibility for investigation of each complaint, assuring appropriate follow up, and documenting both the initial complaint and the resolution on the appropriate form.
5.Maintains oversight responsibility for the Waiting List ensuring appropriate prioritization for programs for which there is a waiting list and timely transfer into ongoing programs as slots become available.
6.Assist in coordinating treatment for Agency’s clients and/or consumers.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
oBachelor Degree and at least two years experience in the human services field.
oExperience in Geriatric Care Management preferred.
oComputer Data/Base experience preferable.
