COORDINATOR, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Responsibilities:The Coordinator, Employee Benefits is responsible for assisting in all aspects of employee benefit plans. Handles inquiries from all facilities regarding medical insurance, dental insurance, COBRA, disability, and life insurance. Processes benefit enrollments, changes, and cancellations. Coordinates open enrollment of employee medical insurance in addition to monitoring employee eligibility and enrollment in insurance plans.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent is required. Two or more years experience in employee benefits preferred. Knowledge of J.D. Edwards and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is preferred. Must possess strong customer service skills.
