WHO YOU ARE
You are someone who is so good with clients that they will follow you anywhere. You can understand client’s business challenges and provide strategic insight, and are also great with process and details. Keeping projects moving and clients happy are major motivators, and you are so organized that you can manage the most complicated projects with your eyes almost closed. You have excellent business writing and oral communication skills, the ability to self-motivate, take initiative and manage teams. You have a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and have 7+ years of experience in a combination of client relationship management, consulting, project management and marketing and/or market research. You work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. Most importantly, you are looking to make a difference every day at a rapidly growing, dynamic company.
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this client-facing position, you are responsible for daily community management as well as any and all additional service needed to support our customers. You will:
•Develop and maintain excellent relationships with multiple clients while managing all aspects of their community implementations
•Find ways to continuously improve the implementation process and the quality of services provided to clients.
•Provide online facilitation of client communities, designing and monitoring activities that meet the client’s research objectives, and ensuring overall community vibrancy.
•Analyze content in client communities, extract consumer insights, and produce content analysis and themes reports for clients.
•Consult with clients in defining community membership, purpose and criteria for success.
•Establish project plans and budgets for the implementation and ongoing management of client communities.
•Consult on and oversee the recruitment of community members.
•Develop and manage incentive programs that motivate members and reward their participation
•Play an integral role in the sales process, supporting salespeople in qualifying and winning customers.
•Work with Community Associates and other cross functional team members on launch and daily community management activities.
•Mentor and coach team members.
•Contribute to the development of best practices and process / service innovations.
