Selected candidate will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and the Category Development Managers (CDM's) on the Midwest Team. Analyze data to drive team results; Responsible for the management and timely deployment of monthly reports supporting the Operations Manager and the CDM's. Provide initial analysis and ongoing analytical support regarding business trends, key business drivers and opportunities for the team.
Accountable for monthly reporting (scorecarding), and delivering information to team; acts like an owner of the business and is answerable to results. Improves systems; finds ways to institutionalize learning through improved systems; takes a systematic approach to improving processes across total team. Collaborates effectively with other team members. Must be able to drive P&G agenda with customer administrators without alienating key stakeholders.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education.



Ability to work with multiple data sources (Source One, Nitro, SAP, On Demand) to gather & organize standard and ad hoc reports.

Willing to become very proficient in P&G software to include all windows programs, Source One, Nitro, and On Demand. Ability to create effective 1-Page, data-based synopsis of teams business trends. Proficient in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)

Able to work independently, and exercises independent judgment in selecting and interpreting information and resolving problems.

Requires individuals that can manage a demanding work load, and balance self-managed task/projects along with management support needs.
