Purpose: A well-established company in the Rockford area is looking for a Buyer to join their team.

Qualified candidates will be:
--Coordinating the procurement of goods and services.
--Consistently meeting company objectives by selecting suppliers whom achieve high marks in quality, delivery, price and reliability.
--Following the purchasing policies and procedures.

Some responsibilities of the position will include:
--Reviewing requisitions, identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best price, availably, quality and delivery.
--Select products for purchase through knowledge, history, supplier profile, supplier survey and or engineering recommendation.
