Business Systems Consultant 4 - Requirements Manager

This position supports Wells Fargo Financial Information Services.The Requirements Manager is a highly visible leader that plans, coordinates and provides guidance to Requirement Analysts regarding the elicitation and documentation of requirements on complex Global, Roadmap and WFF projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all Requirements Analysts use an appropriate approach, are consistent in the approach and document requirements in a complete and accurate manner. The Requirements Manager is also responsible for ensuring that once the Requirements Analyst has completed the requirements documentation it is ready to be reviewed by someone in compliance.The Requirements Manager works with Requirements Analyst groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess needs and recommend changes. They review specifications created for system changes and act as an internal consultant to Requirements Analyst groups within BSG through defining processes and recommending improvements to re-engineer processes for greater efficiencies. They provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff.The Requirements Manager liaisons between the project, business and technical organizations by planning and consulting on the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide assistance to identify, evaluate and develop effective procedures to ensure support of business requirements activity.Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts. May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. May provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced staff.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:4 yr degree plus 5-7 years experience or equivalentDetailed understanding of project lifecycle
3 years project/ requirement analyst experience
Ability to prioritize
Ability to multitask
Excellent facilitation skills
Time management
* Preferred Skills:Familiarity with SDLC, Integrated Methodology, Enterprise Project Management
