Business Systems Analyst, SeniorThe Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the systems development life cycle on all development and enhancement projects. Emphasis will be on supporting and assisting the client with project planning, project definition, requirements definition, analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training. Involves developing and maintaining project documentation using the Departmental templates under established guidelines. Project management is required, in addition to acting as liaison between business and technical staff at all levels and mentoring Business Analysts.Requirements:
5+ years of mortgage banking experience is required. BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Math or Physical Science preferred.
Strong Analysis and communication skills (both written and oral).
An in-depth knowledge of effective program change control.
Knowledge of full project life cycle systems development.
Knowledge of project management methods and practices.
Knowledge of development methods and practices.
Knowledge of Intranet/Internet systems development methods and practices.
3+ years experience in application development using structured analysis and design techniques.
Demonstrated experience in developing small to intermediate projects across all phases of the project life cycle.
Demonstrated experience in developing functional specifications, process decomposition diagrams, user interface designs and field level descriptions.
Demonstrated experience in working directly with line staff and management in the client departments. Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
